Wee Nee Michaud Loi is a senior banking executive with over 20 years of experience in commercial banking. As CRE Portfolio Manager Team Lead at Citizens Bank, she oversees a $2 billion commercial real estate portfolio across the Northern New England region, spanning multifamily, office and life sciences, retail, industrial, and hospitality sectors. Wee Nee partners with Relationship Managers and Credit Officers to structure and manage sponsor relationships, exercising delegated credit approval authority and ensuring sound credit practices aligned with institutional policies. She plays an active role in client and prospect engagements, contributing to credit assessments, business development, and strategic relationship management. Her leadership has guided multiple portfolio reviews and segment authorizations that support Citizens Bank’s broader CRE strategy and risk framework.

Previously, Wee Nee served as Regional Head for the Non-Profit & Healthcare business line at Citizens Bank, where she led a team of 30 portfolio managers and credit analysts in managing a $5 billion commercial loan book.

Wee Nee holds a master’s degree in international economics & finance from Brandeis University. She is a member of CREW Boston and serves as a Customer Pillar Lead for the Women Impact Network (WIN) at Citizens Bank, a business resource group with over 2,350 members. She is a strong advocate for women-owned businesses and financial literacy, driving cross-functional collaboration to support inclusive growth.

Outside of work, Wee Nee enjoys running, playing pickleball, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
