Ms. Liu achieved her MBA in Finance from Stony Brook University and has completed some coursework in the M.S. in Real Estate at Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University.
Rose Liu’s career has focused on performing financial analysis for commercial real estate leasing, acquisition and disposition, and investment transactions and she covers office, industrial, retail and multi-family markets. In addition, she provides market research to clients and colleagues. She also produces quarterly market reports that provide extensive market knowledge on both Office and Industrial properties in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. During her tenure, she has analyzed at least 500 proposals, leases and investment transactions. She helps manage a 4 million square foot real estate portfolio with over 160 owned and leased locations for CHSLI and has abstracted and maintained a database of over 160 leases. She has been involved in lease and property acquisition and disposition deals with a total transaction value in excess of $250 million on Long Island. She is proficient in Argus Valuation DCF & Enterprise, ProCalc and creating complex Excel Financial Models. Her financial analyses include Cash Flow Pro Forma, Joint Venture-Waterfall, Private Equity, Development, Property Valuation, and Remaining Liability and Sublease.
She has excellent business development and customer service skills and has generated multiple large leads and engaged various Colliers service lines to completing various assignments with respects to massive residential/office development with total development costs of over $9 billion in the past two years.
Ms. Liu works with and contributes to UJA-Federation of New York and the Every Woman Matters Walk hosted by Northwell Health. She is Board of Directors of Asian Real Estate Professional Association (AREPA) and a member of Asian American Bar Association of New York. She is a member of Developing Leaders Program at NAIOP and serves in the Government Affairs Committee. In April 2016, she was honored as one of the youngest recipients of Long Island Business News Diversity In Business Award.
