Roan Miles, is a global real estate executive with over 20 years of experience delivering strategic real estate solutions across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. She currently serves as Vice President, Market Director of Real Estate at JPMorgan Chase, where she leads the new build expansion strategy across multiple U.S. states, overseeing site selection, development and delivery for the bank’s growing retail presence. Her diverse background includes senior roles at Biogen, Bose, Citizens Bank, Cushman & Wakefield, and MTR Corporation, where she drove complex initiatives in retail growth, workplace transformation and global portfolio strategy. While based in Dubai, Roan project managed the development of Dubai Festival City, a landmark mixed-use destination with over 2.8 million square feet of leasable retail space, and contributed to the leasing and tenant coordination of Dubai Metro, one of the region’s most ambitious transit-led commercial projects.
Roan began her career with a degree in Interior Design from Assumption College, later earning an MBA from Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business. She also holds a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Boston University. Born in Southeast Asia and shaped by a global career, Roan is a strong advocate for inclusive leadership and actively mentors rising professionals in the field. She is a graduate of The Partnership’s Biodiversity Leadership Program and was a featured panelist for Biogen’s Women Impact Network in 2024 during the Women’s Equality Day, where she shared insights on leading with purpose and cultural empathy. Her commitment to collaboration and innovation contributed to her team’s recognition by CoreNet Global with the 2025 Award of Excellence for Best Workplace Outside of New England, honoring the successful workplace transformation of Biogen’s La Defense office in France.
