Founder and Chairman of Pi Capital Partners
Jerry Pi is the Founder of Pi Capital Partners, a private family real estate investment firm headquartered in New York City. Under his strategic leadership, Pi Capital Partners has built a diversified portfolio of over 40 properties and over half a million square feet of commercial real estate. Pi Capital focuses on long-term ownership in the core New York City submarkets of Manhattan and Queens. The company is also a NYC certified MBE company. Jerry has spearheaded the development of several signature projects, including:
Flushing Professional Tower – 100,000 SF mixed-use medical and office
Elm East – 110,000 SF multi-family rental development
Elm West – 250,000 SF multi-family rental development
219 Canal Street – 6,000 SF mixed-use commercial/office
339 Fifth Avenue – 90,000 SF multi-family rental in Midtown Manhattan
These projects reflect a disciplined approach to urban infill development, local community development, and community investment, backed by deep market insight and a generational investment perspective.
Jerry began his career as a developer consultant at BTS, Inc., a strategy development advisory firm focused on shareholder value-add initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. He holds a dual degree in Economics and International Relations from Boston University, and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from New York University.
Jerry is actively engaged in civic and philanthropic efforts through his foundation. His non-profit participation and endowments includes:

In his spare time, Jerry is Masters Ultrarunner with notable accomplishments including Marathon Des Sables, Ultra Trail Mont Blanc, Western States, Moab 240, Tor Des Geants, Team USA Age Group Triathlon, 3 Boston Marathons, and NYC Marathon Streakers and 15+. He lives in Sutton Place with his wife and three children.
