Jerry Pi is the Founder of Pi Capital Partners, a private family real estate investment firm headquartered in New York City. Under his strategic leadership, Pi Capital Partners has built a diversified portfolio of over 40 investment properties, with a focus on long-term ownership in core New York City submarkets—particularly Manhattan and Queens. Jerry has spearheaded the development of several signature projects, including:
Flushing Professional Tower – 100,000 SF mixed-use medical and office
Elm East – 110,000 SF multi-family residential development
Elm West – 250,000 SF multi-family residential development
219 Canal Street – 6,000 SF mixed-use commercial/office
339 Fifth Avenue – 100,000 SF multi-family development in Midtown Manhattan

Jerry began his career as a developer consultant at BTS, Inc., a strategy development advisory firm focused on shareholder value-add initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. He holds a dual degree in Economics and International Relations from Boston University, and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from New York University.
Beyond his professional work, Jerry is actively engaged in civic and philanthropic efforts through his foundation. He is a Board Trustee at the Browning School, Advisory Board Member at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, Director at the Flushing Business Improvement District, Advisory Board Member of the Asian Real Estate Professional Association (AREPA), and a Boston University Alumni Council Member. In his spare time, Jerry is Masters Ultrarunner with notable finishes including 3 Boston Marathons, 18 NYC Marathons, Marathon Des Sables, Ultra Trail Mont Blanc, Western States, and Moab 240.
