Andrew Chung - Extell Development Company

Bio:
Andrew Chung serves as President and Co‑Chief Executive Officer of Extell Development Company, partnering with Founder, Chairman and CEO Gary Barnett. In this role, Mr. Chung collaborates with Mr. Barnett to oversee and execute on the company’s strategic direction, development pipeline, capital relationships, and long‑term growth initiatives across Extell’s portfolio.
Andrew brings a rare combination of large‑scale development and institutional investment experience. His career spans complex capital structures and leadership roles across leading real estate platforms. He is the founder of Innovo Property Group, which he established in 2015. Prior to Innovo, he was a Partner at The Carlyle Group, where he was a senior member of the U.S. Real Estate Fund and served as Head of the New York office.
Mr. Chung serves on the Advisory Board of the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. Commercial Observer ranked Mr. Chung and Mr. Barnett jointly at No. 7 on its 2026 Power 100, the publication’s annual list of the most influential figures in real estate.
Mr. Chung holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Fred Cooper is a Senior Fortune 500 Executive with wide-ranging entrepreneurial leadership experience in Real Estate, Finance, Business Development, Strategy and Relationship Building.
Fred joined NYSE-listed Toll Brothers in 1993 to launch, lead and grow Toll's Finance & Investor Relations Departments. As SVP of Finance, Investor Relations and International Development for 32 years he led teams that raised $40 billion to fuel Toll’s growth from a $200+ million revenue regional to a $10.8 billion National Fortune 500 homebuilder and land developer.
Fred retired from Toll Brothers in September 2025, and founded Fin River Advisors to connect companies to capital and advise them on growth and strategy.
