Committee Members
Leon Ye
Specialized in residential/commercial real estate, hospitality, and accounting
industries. Prior to that, he was with Conquest Advisors LLC, a NYC boutique
firm, for three years as a commercial investment sales analyst. Selected
properties included investment sales properties in lower east side, and luxury
condos in upper east side Manhattan House, upper west side Trump Place, Fifth Avenue high-rise condo and dumbo area. Leon Ye holds a Bachelor of Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Master of Management in Hospitality in the Hotel School now affiliated with Johnson School of Management at Cornell
University.
Marissa Huang
Marissa Huang is a graduate of Cornell University Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management. She received a BS in applied economics and management and minored in real estate in 2025. She is actively involved in the AREPA committee, where she volunteers at events and helps manage administrative tasks. By being a part of AREPA, she hopes to further immerse herself in the real estate industry and gain hands-on experience. Beyond AREPA, Marissa enjoys traveling, crocheting, and journaling.
Jessica A. Huang
Currently a junior at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, Jessica is majoring in business administration and decision science. She has served on an AREPA committee for the past seven years and helps with many of the organization's administrative tasks such as overlooking AREPA Membership and assisting at AREPA events. She believes that by helping, she will be able to expand her knowledge of the real estate industry. She also supervises the development and refurbishment of a number of rental properties.
Chelsea Dong
Chelsea Dong is an MBA graduate from Stony Brook University in 2015, currently working on Long Island and specialized in the accounting industry.
Emily Yu
Emily Yu is a Solutions Consulting Analyst at Adobe. She recently graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a History Major and Linguistics Minor. She volunteers at AREPA to assist with and photograph events. Beyond AREPA, Emily enjoys crocheting, reading, and dancing.
