Anthony Li

An entrepreneur at heart, he is a current college student based in New York City. He was introduced to AREPA through one of the Board of Directors and fell in love with the organization ever since. His personal real estate experience includes overseeing small construction projects, deal sourcing, and negotiating. He has industry experience working as a junior analyst at a leading commercial real estate investment and finance firm located in New York City where he focused on FHA/HUD underwriting for multifamily and healthcare properties nationwide. He currently interns at an Asset Management and Real Estate Acquisitions company. Anthony enjoys traveling, food and the thrill of innovation.

Leon Ye

Specialized in residential/commercial real estate, hospitality, and accounting
industries. Prior to that, he was with Conquest Advisors LLC, a NYC boutique
firm, for three years as a commercial investment sales analyst. Selected
properties included investment sales properties in lower east side, and luxury
condos in upper east side Manhattan House, upper west side Trump Place, Fifth Avenue high-rise condo and dumbo area. Leon Ye holds a Bachelor of Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Master of Management in Hospitality in the Hotel School now affiliated with Johnson School of Management at Cornell
University.

Jessica A. Huang

Jessica A. Huang is currently a junior at Tenafly High School. She  has been an AREPA Committee Member for the past 2 years and  assists with many of AREPA's administrative functions.  She volunteers her time at AREPA functions and events and is responsible for growing and managing AREPA Membership.  She hopes that by volunteering, she can gain more experience and  broaden her insight into the real estate business. Additionally, she oversees the renovation and development of several rental houses. She enjoys learning new things and has a passion for music, traveling, animals, and teaching children. 

Ryan Sandoval

At 20 years old, Ryan Sandoval has proven to be a valuable AREPA committee member. He is currently working as an SEO specialist at Owner Time Charters in order to gain a foothold in computer science related skills. Ryan is also growing an options and futures trading portfolio in order to create a foundation for himself as well as to gain exposure to the financial industry. He hopes that through AREPA he will aquire the knowledge and network to have a strong start for his future in the real estate industry. Ryan believes that both technology and real estate have crucial roles to play in the future of his generation. He hopes a be a catalyst that sparks growth in his peers. Ryan is eager to learn from experienced people of the industry so feel free to strike a conversation with him!
