Professional Summary

In my role as Managing Director, Capital Markets Analytics Group, I am responsible for the direction and performance of the Analytics service platform that provides all Capital Markets professionals with an in-house resource for financial analysis and underwriting.

Prior to stepping into the Capital Markets position, I devoted the previous 7 years of my professional career to project management and strategic consulting engagements through Colliers Project Leaders.  I was in charge of all consulting activities which included strategic real estate planning, development feasibility analysis, market assessments, regulatory pathway studies, asset evaluations and highest and best-use studies.  Beyond these activities, I was staffed on the group's most important development management assignments to support any financial reporting and strategic consulting requirements.  My clients included local and multi-national corporations, family trusts, investment firms, healthcare organizations and various not-for-profit institutions.  This experience as an owner’s representative certainly helps me understand the unique perspective of a real estate principal, and I apply these learnings to all the Capital Markets deals I currently service.   

Prior to my positions at Colliers, I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University and my MBA degree from Babson College.  Post-graduation, my work experience includes working with many of the region’s most well-known private real estate developers and operators.
